Director Veerabhadram is on cloud nine with the success of his latest flick ‘Poola Rangadu’. On this occasion in a press meet organised on Saturday in Hyderabad he shared his thoughts with the media. He said, “The success of ‘Poola Rangadu’ is mainly due to the humor in the story. The audiences were able to enjoy every bit of the film. This film has made me successful as a director. EVV Satyanarayana always used to say that the director can see the fruitful results only if he’s confident about the story. I followed his route and am enjoyed twice the success of the efforts I’ve put in. I worked hard for this success after ‘Aha Naa Pellanta’ as everyone in the industry gives prominence for the second film. Audience will only notice how well the story and screenplay is presented on the screen rather than the content of the story. ‘Poola Rangadu’ is one such film that did not allow the audience to divert their attention away from the screen. Every scene had either entertainment, thrill or emotion and this is what the film kept the viewer interesting.”
About Sunil’s six packs he commented, “I had put in the same kind of efforts to show Sunil in six packs on the screen as much as he did to build the six pack body. We took lot of care in the scenes related to last 15 minutes of the film.”
The filmmaker concluded saying that his next film is with one of the top heroes.
