AR Rahman is all set to compose tunes for Boney Kapoor’s ‘Mr India 2’ which is the sequel to super hit 1987 sci-fi super hero film ‘Mr India’ directed by Sekhar Kapoor. Lakshmikanth-Pyarelal composed music for the original film and the songs come under the category of all time hits. This is the first time Rahman will be working for Boney Kapoor. As per the Bollywood reports, the sequel will be shot in 3D with a budget of about Rs 100 crores. Anil Kapoor and Sridevi, the lead pair from the original film, will revive their iconic characters in the new version. But it will not be directed by Shekhar Kapoor.
‘Daggaraga Dooranga’ starring Sumanth and Vedika is being directed by Ravi Kumar Chavali and produced by J Sambasiva Rao under Sudha Cinema Banner. Raghu Kunche scored the music. The audio of this film was launched today on Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM in the presence of hero Sumanth and music director Raghu Kunche.
