    Lata Mangeshkar was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh , India, on 28th September 1929. She is a well renowned Music Producer & Music Director, Musician, Composer, Playback Singer, Indian Singer.

    Personal Life:

    Lata's Parents are renowned theatre actor and classical singer Pandit Deenanath Mangeshkar and Shevanti (Shudhamati).

    She has 4 siblings, including the Playback singer Meena Mangeshkar, the Indian singer Usha Mangeshkar, the popular singer Asha Mangeshkar Bhosle, and the musical composer Hridaynath Mangeshkar.

    Career:

    Lata Mangeshkar is a famous playback singer from India and a composer of music. She is one of the Indian music industry's most famous and appreciated playback singers.

    She sang 1000 songs for Hindi films and recorded songs in 36 Indian and international languages in the country.

    She had a musical experience since her dad was a popular classical singer. She studied music under her father's guidance.

    Navyug Chitrapat Movie company owner and one of her father's best friends Master Vinayak took charge of the children after her father's passing. He supported her to become an actress and a singer. "Naachu Yaa Gade, Khelu Saari Mani Haus Bhaari" was her debut song to be performed, but the movie dropped it.

    Then she appeared in the marathi film "Pahili Mangalaa-gaur" in 1942 and sang a song, "Mata Ek Sapoot Ki Duniya Badal De Tu," in Hindi. She also sang her debut song in the marathi film, "The Gajaabhaau".

    She then appeared in the 1942 film 'Pahili Mangalaa-gaur' and sang the song 'Natali Chaitraachi Navalaaai.' She has sung her debut song in Hindi in the Marathi film 'Gajaabhaau' with lyrics 'Mata Ek Sapoot Ki Duniya Badal De Tu.'

    She was first captured and was popularised with her song 'Aayega Aanewaala' for the 1949 movie 'Mahal.'
    After that, she never looked back. Some of her super-hit songs are "Aaja Re Pardesi," "Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya," "Allah Tero Naam," "Aye Mere Watan Ke Logo," "Piya Tose," "Aap Ki Nazron Ne Samjha," "Lag Ja Gale," "Inhi Logon Ne," "Satyam Shivam Sundaram," "Mere Naseeb Mein," "Sagar Kinare" and "Zindagi Pyar Ka."

    She is also an enthusiastic fan of cricket and the great cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.
