Rambha early life and career:
Actress Rambha entered the movie industry at an early age. Having featured in over 100 South Indian films, Rambha has acted in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, and Bhojpuri movies.
Rambha's entry into the movie industry with the Telugu movie Aa Okkati Adakku (1992) alongside actor Rajendra Prasad. After her presence in the movie was noted by the makers of other languages, she bagged back-to-back offers in Malayalam and Telugu. She bagged the State award for a movie titled Sargam with Vineeth(Malayalam), which even bagged a national award.
Rambha got opportunities to work with the lead actors of Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada movies. She has starred along with several top actors including Vijay, Govinda, Arjun Sarja, Ajay Devgan, Sunil Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Mithun Chakraborty in Hindi.
Rambha's glamorous roles in movies made the makers rope her in more movies during the '90s. She was seen in super hit Telugu movies like Aa Okkati Adakku, Muddula Priyudu, Hello Brother, Hitler, Alluda Majaka, Bombayi Priyudu, Bavagaru Bagunnara, and others.
Personal Life:
Rambha was born in Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh on5 June 1976. She entered the movie industry at a small age and worked for many years before she tied a knot. On 08-04-2010, she married a Canada-based businessman named Indhran Pathmanathan. Indhran Pathmanathan is the Chairman and CEO of Magickwoods, for which Rambha is one of the brand ambassadors. She has two daughters named Lavanya Pathmanathan, Sasha Padmanathan, and a son named Shivin Pathmanathan.
Television:
After marriage Rambha had taken a short break before she appeared as a judge for 4 seasons of Manada Mayilada- a Tamil television dance show. She also acted as a judge for a season of Dhee Ultimate dance show and Jodi No 1(Telugu television show). She was spotted as a judge in other television shows ABCD – Anybody can dance and Kings of Comedy Juniors.
