Handsome hunk Prabhas’s back with this year’s family cum action tale ‘Mirchi’ directed by writer turned director Koratala Shiva. Produced by debutants V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati on UV Creations, ‘Mirchi’ with rich production values is all set to hit cinemas worldwide on February 8th, 2013. The film went on the sets in December 2011 and was under production for 14 months. However, the producers ensured that the film gets good publicity through posters, trailers and music. And as they expected, the response was fantabulous for all three.
Prabhas sports a stylish look in ‘Mirchi’ and romances two glam dolls – Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyay in this film in which he will be called as Darling. Other prominent stars in the film are Satyaraj, Nadhiya, Dr Brahmanandam, Nagineedu, Raghubabu, Subbaraju, Srinivasa Reddy, Satyam Rajesh, Rakesh Varre, Hema and others. Hot Hamsa Nandini will appear in a special role.
‘Mirchi’ is the second film in the combination of Prabhas and Anushka, their first being ‘Billa’. But it’s the first time the beautiful smile Richa has paired up with our young rebel star. Tamil stars Satyaraj and Nadhiya will be seen as Prabhas’s parents.
Shooting was held in several European locations apart from Hyderabad, Tenkasi, Kutralam, Pollachi and Bangkok. Cinematographer Madhi’s camera work will be a visual feast to audience. The trailers have already showcased some of his works as a sample. On the other hand Devisri Prasad’s soundtrack and background music are 50% assets to the film. After ‘Varsham’, ‘Pournami’ and ‘Mr Perfect’, Prabhas and DSP have joined together for ‘Mirchi’. The recently released audio has attracted all music lovers.
After two superhits like ‘Darling’ and ‘Mr Perfect’, ‘Rebel’ left him with disappointment. Nevertheless, the actor appears very confident when it comes to the success of ‘Mirchi’. So let’s wish for the actor to join the list of highest grossing actors with this film.
