Vadde Ramesh Condolence Meet

Veteran producer Vadde Ramesh passed away on Thursday following a short battle with cancer. The Telugu film industry paid homage to Late Vadde Ramesh on Friday evening at Film Nagar Chamber in Hyderabad. Dasari Narayana Rao, D Ramanaidu, K Raghavendra Rao, VB Rajendra Prasad, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, Kodali Venkateswara Rao, C Kalyan, R Narayana Murthy, Raja Vannem Reddy, Ram Prasad, Parachuri Gopala Krishna, Kaikala Satyanarayana, Pokuri Babu Rao, Hari Rama Jogayya, Burugupalli Sivarama Krishna, Raghava, etc., participated.
Dasari Narayana Rao said, “Vadde Ramesh died with 45 days after diagnosing the cancer. I never imagined it would happen like that. He was very bold even after he knowing about the disease. He had good will power. He was very affectionate with everyone. He is one of those who brought pride to the word ‘Producer’. He used lend his support to the director. He never bothered about success and failures. He made the film ‘Vishwanatha Nayakudu’ with a huge budget of Rs 7 crores. He entered this world royally and went away royally. I pray for his soul to rest in peace.”
Dr D Ramanaidu said, “Vadde Ramesh did very good films. He did about 10 films with Dasari garu and all are almost hits. We were good friends from the time we stayed in Madras. He earned a good name as a producer. I pray for his soul to rest in peace.”
Parachuri Gopalakrishna said, “Every used to call him a rowdy producer. He had good grip on stories. He made films like ‘Bobbili Puli’ which changed the route of NTR garu. It’s very heart-wrenching to note that several prominent film personalities are passing away. My association with Ramesh garu was 40 years.”
C Kalyan said, “It’s very unfortunate that a tiger like producer is no more. He is the man who thinks about others welfare.”
Pokuri Babu Rao said, “Producer Ramesh is the role model to many. It’s very unfortunate to loose him. Today’s producers should follow him.”
Kaikala Satyanarayana said, “Ramesh is my close friend. He earned a very good name as a producer.”
