Purandareswari Releases DVS Raju Documentary Film

The documentary DVD titled ‘The Great Journey of Padmasri DVS Raju’ was unveiled in a function held in Hyderabad on Thursday. Dr D Ramanaidu, Central Minister Smt Daggubati Purandeswari, Allu Aravind, V B Rajendra Prasad, K L Narayana, A Ramesh Prasad and K S Rama Rao participated in this programme.

After releasing the documentary DVD on the great director DVS Raju, Daggubati Purandeswari said, “DVS Raju is one of those veteran directors who created his own niche in the Telugu film industry. He is a special adorable person that our family has a special place for him. The services rendered by him to the film industry are unforgettable. He used to give good suggestions whenever he would listen to my speeches in Parliament. He also actively participated to service the people during the time of Rayalaseema Karuvu. His activities certainly inspired the film industry.”

Allu Aravind commented that DVS Raju is the main reason for Chiranjeevi to become the son-in-law of their family.
