ANR-Vyjayantimala Press Meet

Actress cum dancer Vyjayanthimala Bali received the ‘Akkineni Award 2008’ on Saturday, at Hyderabad. On this occasion Vyjayanthimala visited Annapurna Studios. Venkat Akkineni accompanied and showed her Akkineni Award’s Gallery.

Later in a press meet held at Annapoorna Studios, Vyjayanthimala Bali expressed her happiness for receiving the prestigious award and said that she is considering it as the highest honour given to her. She also said that she was very much elated to see the gallery. She said, “I’m happy to say that I could experience the life time efforts and achievements of this great actor, Akkineni Nageswara Rao garu in this gallery.

Akkineni while speaking, “Vyjayanthimala Bali is a great actress as well dancer too. We both co-starred in a Tamil film. I’m happy to have presented an award on my name”.
