Windsong Music Fest 2014 Press Meet, Hyderabad

The adrenaline will pump through the EDM crazed crowds’ veins and nerve-wracking music will quicken heartbeats, when the Dutch music producer and DJ, Afrojack a.k.a. Nick van de Wall will unleash his high-octane beats at Sunburn Arena (property of Percept Live) on 22nd November at Emaar Boulder Hills, Hyderabad. While the opening sets will be performed by Gregor Salto & Apster, the audience will be privy to one of its kind super-energetic set by the world renowned DJ and Grammy award winner Afrojack.

With the Sunburn Arena, the ‘Give Me Everything’, ‘Ten Feet Tall’, ‘Take Over Control’ and ‘The Spark’ hit maker returns to India and will perform for the very first time in Hyderabad. One of most notable and iconic names in EDM today, Afrojack was crowned as #7 on ‘The World’s Highest Paid DJs List’ in 2013 by Forbes Magazine and in 2014 The Hollywood Reporter titled him ‘a global icon’ set ‘to conquer the world.’He also owns a label called Wall recordings. Afrojack is a versatile artist and shows immense creative music skills with his sound while creating club hits or producing and remixing for the likes of renowned artists like Beyoncé, David Guetta, Pitbull and Madonna.

Listed as number 7 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ's of 2011, he is known for his excellent proficiency at shifting between genres and playing with his sound. Under his label named ‘Wall Recordings’, Afrojack has associated with Dutch House DJs like R3hab, Sidney Samson and Mayaadh. He released his first album ‘Lost & Found’ in December 2010 and was featured on Pitbull's number 1 hit single ‘Give Me Everything’ along with artists Ne-Yo and Nayer.
