KICK is a completely visionary, seamless platform that enables Hello Curry to move from a capex high kitchens to an online model of Zero Asset Internet First food chains in a sophisticated manner. Hello Curry is creating this proprietary framework, a Zero Asset, location agnostic and mobile framework. This innovative framework works as a win-win for both the food chains.
Immediate benefits to EatSome are an increase their product pipeline, improved margins and increased productivity of resources.
Raju Bhupati stated, “KICK is the bridge or enabler that allows for a business model that is an easy-assembly kitchen in kitchen, highly mobile, requires no supervisor to manage operations and offers tremendous efficiencies of scale across the board. This offers incredible productivity in terms of templatized food preparation processes, deskilled operations, lean kitchen staffing requirements, lean delivery chain, and the best practices that Hello Curry has matured in the Asset Light restaurant industry. The single most remarkable feature of KICK model is that it can scale in a metric of multiple units that can be opened on the same day, in any city in India. Hello Curry plans to launch KICK on a nationwide scale with a significant number of units all across India, right after Pune operations stabilize.”
Introduced just last year, Hello Curry has been in the business of bringing a uniquely fulfilling Fast Indian Food experience to people all over Hyderabad and Bangalore; and has been awarded the Best QSR chain in South India. With our Internet First, Asset Light model; we have firmly established a streamlined Online-Order-to-Fine-Dining supply chain that is predictable, scalable and successful. Our unique product line of Indian food has delighted patrons across the board.
