ADP Private Limited completes 15 years of successful operation
~ Celebrates 15th Company Day with enthusiasm and zing -
Hyderabad, July 27, 2014: To mark fifteen successful years of operation in India.over 4,000 associatesof ADP Private Limited, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), celebrated at Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC), Hyderabad on Sunday.July 27, 2014, rejoicing and strengthening their bonding with each other.
ADP India started its operation in 1999 in Hyderabad, India, with 102 associates. It has grown consistently over the years and constantly delivered high-quality work, contributing significantly to ADP's global business. Now numbering more than 8,000 associates, ADP India's current activities include Product Development, Remote Infrastructure Management, Business Process Outsourcing and Global Security.
Company day has been a regular celebration by ADP that signifies the completion of a year and welcomes another eventful year. This year was a special celebration of 15 successful years of business & recognizing the efforts of individuals who were instrumental in this journey.
This year's celebrations started with an interactive mailer campaign on the themeof 15 Years and enthusiastic preparations by associates for the event.Leveraging the technology of Laser & Digital Walls, an interesting campaign to share associate’s views on ADP, its culture and the glorious journey created a great buzz ahead of the event. The grand event at HICC started with the inauguration by the newest member of the ADP India family in-line with its yearly tradition. This was followed by a project showcase, where the associates had an opportunity to creatively showcase their work and projects to other associates through the most innovative stalls, with the goal of making every associate aware of every project undertaken by ADP. Elaborate spread of hors d’oeuvres during Hi-Tea was served to keep the ADPeers energized for the fun- filled evening. The evening was made even more exciting with the organizational updates by Shakti Sagar, felicitation of associates who turned 15 years with the organization, a lot of in- house performances by our talented associates &Awards for Excellence. Teams throughout ADP compete with each other against a set of parameters and a specially appointed jury decides the teams who are par excellence. Special awards called Pare given out for best innovations, recognition for ADP sports members, CSR awards & awards for most valuable referrals are also given on this occasion.
On the occasion, Mr. Shakti Sagar, Managing Director, ADP Private Limited took the associates on a virtual time travel journey by using lasers & 3D mapping while sharing the company’s future map and said, 'We have had an eventful journey with 102 associates in 1999 H S000+ associates today and still counting. At ADP, we look at each year as a fresh opportunity for achieving more success and aspire to conquer larger coup. The highlight of the evening was the Drum Line Act & creatively mesmerizing Dance performances (choreographed by the Shiamak Davar Group) by ADP associates. Delightfully adorable performances by the kids of ADP’s CSR initiative MIDAS (Making an Impactful Difference at Schools) created an upbeat atmosphere and kept the mood alive.The enthralling and engrossing evening concluded with equally captivating and delightful dinner.
