The Plum cakes are an inseparable part of Christmas. We at Bakers Inn re-live the tradition of this festival. For an authentic plum cake, the fruits for the plum cake need to be soaked months in advance. Following the age old tradition, our master bakers bring together a concoction of the best ingredients in the right proportions to bring the best plum cakes to its patrons. We add the best blend of secret spices for a taste that has become a bench mark in the market. We take pride and have a great passion for the Fruit mixing ceremony at our bakery which kick starts the Christmas Party in our hearts. The mixed content will be used later for baking Plum cakes during Christmas and will be available for counter-sale.
