APREDA announces the 4th APREDA Property Show and Conference 2013

• Three Day Property Show to begin from 25th October, '13 at HITEX - APREDA Conference 2013 on 25th October 2013 at HICC

Hyderabad, 9th October 2013: Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers' Association (APREDA) today announced the launch of the 4th APREDA Property Show 2013” at HITEX, Hyderabad on 25th, 26th & 27th of October 2013 and APREDA Conference 2013 on 25th October 2013 at HICC. The property show is sponsored by LIC Housing Finance Limited and Rashmi Srisairam Property Developers LLP and the sponsor for the conference is State Bank of India.

"Staying Ahead in Real Estate - Innovative Construction and Understanding Taxation" is the theme of the APREDA conference and is supported by National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), an autonomous self-regulatory body being the national partner and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), an international property consultant as the Knowledge Partner
With 180 stalls, leading Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Finance Companies, Material Manufacturers, Interior Designers, Suppliers, Banks, will display their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers. In the previous year, the APREDA property show had registered over 50,000 visitors and this year the count is estimated to increase.
The APREDA Property Show will be open to a mix of the populace, including prospective property purchasers, business leaders, investors, architects, designers, consultants, developers, government officials, managers, policy makers, educationists, academicians, students, expats, etc.,

APREDA Property Show is again offering many attractive prizes in the Lucky Dip for all visitors such as the Bumper Prize of Hyundai Eon Car for the final day, Two Tata Nano Cars to be given away on the first and second days, other prizes and draws of Gold & Silver Coins twice during the day. The draw will be held for visitors who register themselves. Entry to the show is free.

The Conference on "Staying Ahead in Real Estate - Innovative Construction and Understanding Taxation” will have eminent national & international speakers from the Industry and various leading institutions who will share their knowledge about Innovative Construction Technologies and about Taxation as applicable to the real estate industry. The conference will be held in four sessions on 25th October 2013 starting from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. P Dasharath Reddy, President, APREDA, said, "We are delighted to announce the APREDA Property Show 2013. The property show has been extended by one extra day when compared to last year because of the overwhelming response we got bring together real estate developers and prospective buyers from across the State for better access and mutual benefit. The union cabinet's approval of Hyderabad as an 1T1R with an investment of over Rs. 2 lakh crores which will generate direct employment to 14 lakh people, will give a boost to the realty sector. The last three shows had an astounding response and we are hoping we would have a jubilant response this year as well".

Highlights of the property show are participation by HMRL- Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited, Registration Department, and Akshaya Patra. Leading Banks and Housing Financial Institutions like LICHFL, SBI, DHFL, HDFC Ltd, ICICI, SBH, Andhra Bank, Central Bank of India, Punjab Housing Finance will also be providing special services to visitors.
