St. Ann's Jr. College for Girls Fresher's Day Celebrations 2015, Hyderabad

St.Ann's Jr.College for Girls organized a welcome Party for its Intermediate First Year Students. On Saturday, August 8.

The Campus was awash with a riot of colours with the students dressed to their nines, and the mood was electric to say the least.

After the formal welcoming of the students the Senior Intermediate students took over the stage.

The students were treated to dances set to Bollywood numbers and were regaled with melodious songs by a couple of students.

The students sat enthralled but that did not stop them from clicking away with their cameras and mobiles, some taking selfie after selfie.

A skit was also presented to highlight the dangers of not having proper focus with darkness representing evil distractions doing its best to lead the young student astray, while light representing all that is good doing is best to keep the student losing her way.

There was a talent round for first year students and some of them walked away with titles such as Miss Vision+deed , Miss Sporty, Miss Enthusiastic etc.

Acadamic Awards were given away to first and second year students who topped the IPE in March, 2015.

The Principle Sr.G.Pushpa Leela gave away the prizes. She spoke about the need to have a goal in life, to stay focused and to be good human beings.
