The 1st years were clad in designer half sarees looking traditionally beautiful while the 2nd years were dressed in long Indian attire portraying a festive look and a matured attitude.

Creativity was exemplified by the enthralling performances of the 2nd year students on the theme - “Emotions”. All the emotions like - love, excitement, pride, joy etc came to life when the students performed with exceptional velour which made an indelible impression on the audience.

The exclusive feature of the event ‘Ms. Fresher’s contest’ saw a stupendous number of girls contesting for the most coveted title Ms. Fresher.

The Principal Dr.Philomena Ma’am exhorted the students to be diligent and highly competent by availing every opportunity at Villa Marie Junior College which is the only place for perfect blend of Zest of Knowledge and Quest for Excellence. The learning experiences they gain will enable them to soar to an unprecedented heights of success and mould them into globally competent citizens of tomorrow. She then crowned Ms. Fresher amidst a lot of fanfare.
