Araaish Luxury Exhibition Curtain Raiser

Hyderabad, August 2013: Araaish, a luxury exhibition, is the fundraising arm of Save the Children India, a non-profit organization organising Araaish A – one day exhibition on 19th August at Taj Deccan , Banjara hills. On this eve, as curtain raiser Bollywood Actor Suniel shetty wife Mana suniel shetty announced the details of exposition at The Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills.
‘The perfect amalgamation of the worlds of glamour and charity, Araaish is a unique platform through which to serve the Save the Children mission– to nurture, educate and guide the growth of vulnerable children so they are able to develop into strong’’ said Mana shetty . productive citizens working to build and sustain a bright future for themselves and the country’’ she added.

Mana Suniel Shetty
ManaShetty, the wife of Bollywood cinema's SunielShetty, is currently the creative director of R House, a luxury furniture store, and the director of S2 Realty and Developers. She is also on the board of trustees for Save the Children India, which was founded by her late mother, Mrs. VipulaKadri. Aside from having successfully carved a niche in the home and living spaces, Manahas been an inspirational and iconic individual at Save the Children.She has been instrumental in the planning and implementation of many events and initiatives at STCI, including hosting India's most sought-after fashion exhibition,Araaish, for the past six years.
Swathi Kilaru
SwathiKilaru is a trained medical practitioner who worked as a dentist for six years before she took the plunge to pursue her interests and joined her husband in business. She's a director at her boutique resort and spa, Palm Exotica, located on the outskirts of Hyderabad. A true blue entrepreneur, Swathisuccessfully owned and operated a high-street boutique called Design Street for a couple of years before selling it. Now, she's known for her plush fashion exhibitions that she's been conducting for over six years.
Samia Alam Khan
SamiaAlam Khan married into a renowned business family from Hyderabad. After graduating from business school, she took a hiatus of a few years to raise her young family. She then spent time in the corporate sector,working in the KTES and ITES industries. Samia foundthat her true callingand passionwas to pursue the fields of haute couture and fashion.She is known to conduct clothing and lifestyle exhibitionsin Hyderabad, and she is also working on her own line of clothing.
Sharmilla Khanna
SharmillaKhanna is an event manager who handles luxury events and launches all over the country. She has organised the openings of MAC, Jimmy Choo, Burberry, Samsaara and Aza, to name a few. Sharmilla's expertise lies in online marketing, public relations and brand consultancy for designers, jewellers and lifestyle stores.
ShaanKhanna
The daughter of SharmillaKhanna, Shaanhasa lifestyle blog called 'Spicy Sangria' that covers food, fashion, lifestyle and events. Her blog has even been nominated in the Best Lifestyle category by Cosmopolitartiox their 2013 annual awards. Shaanalso organises pop-up shops for designers. For the past three years, she's been working on events with her mother. Shaanis part of the organising team for Araaish in Mumbai, New Delhi, and Dubai, in addition to Hyderabad.
IshaMehra
IshaMehra, sister of ManaShetty, is currently the proprietor and creative mind behind Vivre by IshaMehra, a clothing brand with a wide range that caters to the contemporary Indian woman. She is also on the board of trustees for Save the Children India and is the chief functionary for PRIDE (Planning Rural Urban Integrated Development through Education) India, the rural arm of STCI. The second of her interests is Sparsh, a community hospital in the Osmanabad district of Maharashtra, for which she worksdedicatedly. Isha was instrumental in the development of a Community Care Centre for HIV/AIDS patients there, and shealso set up a dental clinic and blood storage unit at Sparsh.
