The first ever steak house in Hyderabad is not just an ordinary restaurant. It is the culmination of a dream and the fulfillment of a long and arduous process by the chef & Entrepreneur who had a burning passion for cooking. The journey of Chef lnam Khan started in Chicago, Boston, New Hampshire and then Ohio where he featured on Fox News on recommendation from the mayor of the town and where Chef lnam perfected his passion and started on the highway of his culinary dreams. He always had a penchant for outdoor delicacies and enjoyed treating people to his exotic recipes. A Master's Degree in Culinary Arts, certification in food safety management, Boston MA, USA n d 11. years of food handling makes Chef Inam a true culinary Connoisseur. He has served many top celebrities including the likes of Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Jean Claude Van Dam, Al Gore, Jennifer Connelly, Dave Chappelle and A. R. Rahman and outdoor barbeque parties were always a huge success. Performing interactive BBQ sessions for professors at Harvard and MIT, Chef brings his culinary experience to the food loving people of Hyderabad. So, instead of following the herd he decided to pursue his dream, which was to create the greatest Steak Delicacies in the world. And the realization of that dream is The Steak House where he introduced the global barbeque delicacies and the famous American Charcoal Grill. And so he gave Hyderabadis the kirraak taste of the "The Steak Power".
His first restaurant was started at Masab Tank, and the second one at Baniara Hills, Road No.2. His latest and most expansive restaurant has just been inaugurated at Banyara Hills Road No.12 which is his biggest and most ambitious Steak House in Hyderabad till date.
The inauguration of the restaurant was carried out amidst a lot of flourish and fanfare by the Mega Power Star and a regular at our steak house, Ram Charan Tej, on Friday, the 12th of April, 2013. The restaurant at road no. 12 spans an area of 2200 Sq. ft. and has three sections. The entrance leads you to the general lounge section where you can see the preparation of your steaks and enjoy your meal at the same time. Go along inside and you will be lead to another section with two special low seating areas followed by an Exclusive Dining section.
The quality, Chef Inam personally picks the best quality of herbs, spices and meat. All spices arc dried ....... e there is no moisture left and this retains all the essential aromatic oils when used. The concoction of various herbs and spices gives not only different flavours but has multiple health benefits. The tandoor is personally designed by chef lnam and all the meats and veggies are cooked as per the USFDA approved temperatures. Also, the method of grilling ensures that most of the fat is removed and the lean red meat remains. So, our steak is not only especially tasty but it is the perfect source for huge amounts of protein without fats, a boon for those interested in body building.
