World Autism Awareness Day 2013 by Aarambh at Hussain Sagar, Hyderabad

Aarambh & World Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd.

Aarambh is a Parent Collective, with more than 20 active parents and more than 40 children with Autism.

Aarambh works relentlessly to empower parents with kids with autism, to accept the challenge and face the future by strengthening their abilities academically, technically and emotionally. The strength of Aarambh continues to increase with each parent joining hands, not just to support his or her child but to support each other in their endeavor.

The 2nd of April, is commemorated as ‘World Autism Awareness Day’ and we have a lot of awareness activities in mind for the occasion.

1) Lighting up Buddha Statue in Blue. AUTISM is represented by Blue color.
2) Invite Policy makers, Medical Practitioners, Prominent personalities of the city to participate in this awareness camp at Charminar to bring visibility and media attention to reach out to general public in building awareness in AUTISM.
