APREDA & Jones Lang LaSalle Cities launches "APREDA Property Show 2012"

Hyderabad, 10th November, 2012: Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA) today launched the "APREDA Property Show 2012" in Hyderabad. The property
show was inaugurated and graced by dignitaries Sri. N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Chief Minister of A.P, Sri. K Chiranjeevi, Minister of State for Tourism, Govt. of India, Sri. N Uttam Kumar
Reddy, Minister for Housing, A.P and Sri M Maheedhar Reddy, Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, A.P.

APREDA in association with Jones Lang LaSalle featured a Global Seminar on "Real Estate-Accelerating the Growth Story" at Hitex Exhibition Grounds. The property show was
sponsored by LIC Housing Finance Limited and the conference by the State Bank of India. The two day exhibition had 188 stalls with leading Real Estate Developers & Builders
showcasing their latest properties ranging from Four Lakh to Four Crores Rupees to prospective buyers. In the previous year, APREDA property show had registered over 40,000
visitors and this year the count has increased to more than 50,000. The property developers who participated include best of the Indian real estate and construction companies.
Apart from builders, 15 Leading Banks and Housing Financial Institutions like LICHFL, SBI, India Bulls, DHFL, HDFC Ltd, ICICI, SBH, Syndicate Housing Finance, Can Fin Homes, Axis
Bank, IOB, Central Bank of India, Federal Bank, Punjab Housing Finance participated in the property show so that the prospective buyers can enquire about the loan rates and apply
for suitable loans under one roof.

APREDA Property Show organized a Lucky Dip for all the visitors and many prizes such as the Bumper Prize of Honda Car, Motor Cycle, JBL Home Theatre system, TV, Refrigerator and
draws for Gold & Silver Coins were given away.

The global seminar "Real Estate-Accelerating the Growth Story" was organized by APREDA in association with Jones Lang LaSalle, an international property consultant, as the
Knowledge Partner on November 10th 2012. The conference had eminent national & international speakers from the Industry and various leading institutions who discussed the
Challenges faced by Hyderabad Realty, and shared their knowledge about Innovativ Construction Technologies, Funding, Finance and Innovative Marketing with the Hyderabad
Realty Giants. The conference was held in four sessions on the same day starting from 10 AM and ending at 6PM.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. P Premkumar, President, APREDA, said, "APREDA Property Show 2012 has received an overwhelming response from the real estate fraternity & prospective buyers. The turnover rate has increased substantially as Real Estate has become a hot investment option despite volatility in the market. Visitors were given an opportunity to view a wide range of properties featured and financing sources, all under one roof."

Other agencies which show cased their initiatives include Metro Rail, HMDA, GHMC, IGBC, Registration Department, Sparsh Hospice and Akshay Patra Foundation.
