"SIA" SHE IS ALL is a service initiative taken up by SmtPadmini C Reddy wife of Dy Chief Minister

DamodarRajanarasimha to basically render service in three areas: Freedom of Birds, Women Empowerment, and Child Education.

FREEDOM OF BIRDS
SIA aims to ban the caging of birds which is cruel, especially for larger birds, like pigeons, parrots which can live up to many years imprisoned in a cage. Through SIA she will take up service activities for birds. MrsPadmini has been feeding several 1000's of birds for past three years and has constructed three bird houses. She also buys birds from several bird vendors and frees them in to open skies regularly. SIA is also creating awareness about endangered parrots in the world against bird trafficking.

SIA believes all birds have a right to live how they would normally choose without other species intervention. SIA's campaign Freedom for Birds aims to free the birds from their cages, especially Hyderabad's most famous birds. There is currently no adequate legislation for, or public awareness of, the needs of birds when kept in captivity. All birds deserve humane treatment and the right to fulfillment of their physical and behavioral needs.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
SIA focuses on gender equality and women's empowerment not only as human rights, but also because they are a pathway to achieving the development goals and are sustainable. SIA would coordinate to integrate gender equality and women's empowerment into poverty reduction, democratic governance, crisis prevention and recovery, and environment and sustainable development.

Empowering women and girls with more choices and more freedoms is crucial to achieving a better future for all. Women's empowerment is catalytic and central to achieving social and environmental goals. Women are central actors making the case for the sustainable development triple-win strategy, meaning economic growth, social development, and environmental sustainability.

CHILD EDUCATION
SIA would ensure each child, in each school, in each community is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged. The demands of the 21st century require a new approach to education to fully prepare students for college, career, and citizenship. Research, practice, and common sense confirm that a whole child approach to education will develop and prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow by addressing students' comprehensive needs through the shared responsibility of students, families, schools, and communities for long-term student success. SIA would empower underprivileged children and youth through relevant education, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes.
