Hyderabad FLO's A to Z Franchising by Chackochen Mathai

FICCI Ladies Organisation [FLO] invited a guest speaker Mr. ChackochenMathai, a renowned franchising expert to address FICCI FLO members at The Park, Rajbhavan Road, on “A to Z of Franchising” in association with Green Trends.

Rekha Reddy, Chairperson FLO Hyderabad said that “This session has been designed to give our members the complete knowledge about the world of franchising. How to recognize a good franchise opportunity, where to start from, rules to run a successful franchising, tips, strategies, and more to make your new venture a successful one.”

Mr.Chackochen Mathai gave the audience an insight of Franchises being excellent business opportunities - offering everyone from the corporate downsizing victim to the mid-life career changer to the recent college graduate, the path to becoming a successful business owner in today’s troubled economy.
He also spoke about the Indian franchising industry that is growing by leaps and bounds, presently with annual growth rate pegged at 35 per cent.

"By statistics the market size of this thriving industry is of 7.2 billion US dollars and by experts projections; it is expected to be of US $20 billion by 2013. Franchising encompasses every industry and with right strategy the business owners can reap rich dividends without much risk and capital investment” he added.

The Keynote Speaker ChackochenMathai has over 22 years of rich experience in the “Franchising business world”. He is a renowned franchising coach who has a passion to create successful entrepreneurs. His success mantra is that he ensures that his franchisees succeed as an entrepreneur. He strongly believes that when the franchisee is successful the franchiser will be successful too. Having created hundreds of successful entrepreneurs across the country, he has handled brands like DSRC, SSI, Aptech, NIIT, and CADD Centre. He is a M.M.M., M.A (Advertising & PR), M.A (CS), M.Phil. (Commerce), M.Sc. (Psychology), PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing from NIS and a SPIN Trainer.
