Ohri’s, one of the leading hospitality chains in South India, today launched De Thali - an exclusive restaurant designed to be the abode of Rajasthani and Gujarati veg-Cuisines in Hyderabad. This is the 24th offering by Ohri’s in Hyderabad with overall 27 F&B outlets across South India.

De Thali, serves its guests authentic dishes from Rajasthan and Gujarat on a pre laid Thali which accommodates sumptuous delicacies like welcome drinks, dals, kadhi, dry / wet sabzi, Gujarati and Rajasthani curries and sweets, Hailing from the house of Ohri’s, the quality and authenticity of delicacies offered has definitely raised the bar for this category of restaurants in the twin cities to the fine dining class.

With a capacity to seat 72 in all, De Thali offers a flexible seating mode for guests to occupy a table for 2, 4, 6 or more depending on the requirement and comforts All though a family dining place, De Thali’s location in the commercial hub of Whitehouse at Begumpet makes it easily accessible to the office going community and colleges that are located in the vicinity. The valet parking service offered by Ohri’s here adds another feather to the comfort of a luxurious ambience. De Thali shares the premise and services with its other recently launched counterpart Jiva lmperia from the same group: Both these restaurants are lavishly clad in a regal setting that gives them the royal fervor on the very onset.

The decor of De Thali seamlessly continues Ohri’s Jiva lmperia’s regaltheme draped in white color throughout, The majestic feel of Rajasthan and Gujarat are predominating in the use of jharokhas (windows), the rustic aainas (mirrors), Jaalidhar partitions and traditional wooden chairs all set in pure white color representing the royal era. Guests are served by the diligent staff of De Thali dressed in the combination of elegant black & white formal suits and paagdis (turbans) against the backdrop of foot tapping music played in the restaurant, that enthralls the guests by the essence of the native states, creating an enchanting experience.

After Jiva Imperia, which was launched by Ohri’s group to bridge the void in premium vegetarian dine out options in the city? De Thali comes in as a tasty respite to the Thali segmentof vegetarian dine out in the twin city. Vegetarian food lovers will surely take back a Thali full of experiences as popular delicacies from the two native states of Rajasthan and Gujarat are served. Specialties like Dal-Baati-Churma, Gondhyu, Makhania Lassi and Suiti Plaza adorn the thali.
