Manjeera Employee Excellence Awards Presentation

Hyderabad 25th April 2011: Manjeera Group organised the inaugural edition of EXCEED (Employee Excellence Award) in Hyderabad today at a glittering event which was filled with fun & entertainment. The award ceremony was conceptualised to honour the company's top performing employees and recognise their commitment and dedication towards Manjeera Group's success. EXCEED is a pioneering step taken up by the Manjeera group to promote positive work culture and create a learning environment within the organisation. The sole objective behind the initiative is to motivate employees to perform constructively and consistently and hence bring out positive competitiveness and foster work life balance.

The awards were presented to select employees who exceeded expectations, targets & goals and established new working standards in Manjeera. The awards were given for Construction (Manjeera Constructions) and Hospitality divisions (Aditya Park). For the Construction division the 20 awards were divided into Technical, Non-technical, Staff and Executive categories. The Hospitality division gave away 20 awards under Employer of the Year and Service Excellence awards in various categories (Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, Purchase & F&B service). The ceremony also witnessed the trophy distribution for the winners of Manjeera Cricket League Season 1.

The entire process of selection was strict & rigorous with Manjeera Groups HR department conducting detailed analysis before finalising the winners. The winners apart from high on efficiency and performance also demonstrated team work and ethical & moral behaviour. The employees were credited because they enjoy a good interpersonal relationship with superiors, peers and subordinates and at the same time are innovative, effective and efficient. Most of all, the recognition is for those who are able to give above the normal call of duty and imbibe Manjeera's value system and culture.
