Hyderabad, 07 August, 2021: A mega event IKON Awards Nite is planned on 14th August 2021 at The Park Hotel, Organisers of IKON Awards Dr.Dinesh Murugesan, National President & CEO IKON, Mr.Krish Chintaluri, Founder & COO of IKON addressed the media in curtain raiser press conference today at The Park Hotel, Hyderabad.
The Objective of the event is to recognize high performing individuals and achievers across industries, Appreciate organizations that are best places to work, Encourage socialists, volunteers and social organizations for their contributions to the society.
On this occasion Dr.Dinesh Murugesan, National President & CEO of IKON said that IKON is a network of professionals. We aspire to serve as a platform for individuals from different sectors to connect, collaborate and innovate. We create strategic partnerships and facilitate change through thought leadership, research, market intelligence and member engagement. We serve the corporate community and academia. One of our key strategic initiative is also to focus on driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Mr.Dinesh said In this context this year we have decided to award individuals and organizations who have stood out in making a difference to the society. Carrying a legacy of identifying and awarding accomplished professionals in various fields this year we will be handing over 100 awards to achievers from different fields of work. A major portion of these awards will be given to people who have made a difference to our society. The nominees will be carefully chosen by a panel of jury encompassing eminent personalities. The awardees are not just individuals, some organizations are also considered, he added.
Mr.Krish Chintaluri, Founder & COO of IKON said that we have invited several eminent guests which includes Ministers, Senior Politicians, Bureaucrats, Senior Academicians and a few other VIPs. The guests will be handing over the awards to the awardees and some of them will also address the gathering.
Mr.Krish said this year the awardees are carefully chosen by the Jury for various categories and they include Individuals who have provided exemplary services to the public especially during Covid time. Senior Executives who lead their organisations towards high performance and therefore contributing to the development of the society Organisations that has excelled in CSR or other voluntary social activities, Budding start ups and Entrepreneurs. – Special care was taken to identify Woman Entrepreneurs and recognise them, he added.
