Santhosham Film Awards are being given for the past 8 years without fail. I congratulate Suresh Kondeti on this occasion. These awards will inspire the artists of generation today.”
On the occasion of receiving the Veturi Smaraka Award Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry thanked Suresh Kondeti and said, “This award is the most valuable and biggest of all the awards that I received so far. I’m very happy to receive this award, but at the same time his absence is making me sad. Although he is no more amidst us, he always remains in our hearts. I learnt how to pen lyrics only by following him.”
Ram Charan Tej cut the cake of Santhosham Magazine and later while speaking, “I’m very happy to receive this Santhosham award today and Filmfare award yesterday. These 5 to 6 awards are not sufficient for a film like ‘Magadheera’ because it is the hard work of some hundreds of people. So I’m dedicating this award to all of them. Shyam Prasad Reddy garu introduced a great artist like Anushka through a great film like ‘Arundathi’. Had she been a man she would have been a great competitor for me.
