Hyderabad, 27th October, 2017: Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) today inaugurated one of the most popular real estate show "TREDA Property Show 2017" in Hyderabad. The three days Property Show was inaugurated by Shri Etela Rajender, Hon'ble Minister for Finance & Planning, Small Savings, State Lotteries, Consumer Affairs, Legal Metrology, Civil Supplies in the presence of Sri Jupally Krishna Rao, Hon'ble Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
The TREDA Property Show is open to a mix of the populace, including prospective property buyers, corporate houses, investors, architects, consultants, developers, government organisations among others. Over 160 stalls have been put-up at the TREDA Property Show, comprising of all leading Real Estate Developers, Builders, Housing Finance Companies, Material Manufacturers and Banks, showcasing their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers.
Telangana Real Estate Developers Association has been working closely with the policy making bodies of the state in shaping the real estate policies, continuously for the development of the state. In this regard TREDA in association with JLL has been organizing conferences, and also brought out a report in 2014 titled "Hyderabad 2022 - etching a new development path". At the behest of TREDA and with their valuable inputs this report is being brought out. The growth trajectory in the real estate sector is also backed by the rising demand for office space as many multinational companies are eying the Hyderabad region to set up offices. Low cost of living, favourable climate, good quality of life and infrastructure developments clubbed with the proactive initiatives taken by Telangana Government have resulted in the overall growth of the region.
The Banking and Finance industry, participants include - State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank Home Loans, India Bulls Housing Finance, Shriram Housing Finance, Aditya Birla Housing Finance, PNB Housing Finance Ltd, India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd, Vijaya Bank and Axis Bank has put up their stalls for guiding and offering varied buying options to the visitors.

Over the last seven years we are organizing the property show successfully and the response from the real estate fraternity and prospective buyers was always stupendous.
Telangana real estate sector is booming to great extent especially in the Hyderabad region. Telangana Government's various initiatives and policies is taking the state towards remarkable growth. The previous edition of the property show was extremely beneficial to the potential prospective buyers. This property show will also be an advantage for the prospective buyers and this is the best platform for the various renowned real estate players in the market to showcase their best projects"
