Saroj Jalan, the ace designer of traditional bridal wear, announces the opening of her debut store in Hyderabad, k>cated in Banjara Hills.
This Kolkata based designer, who recently left an impressive mark with her ‘Gulzar' collection at Lakme India Fashion Week, has her first Flagship Store in Kolkata and has opened its door to Hyderabad this July.
She is known to use diverse varieties of Indian embroidery, Zardozi, Lucknowi, Kantha, Aari, Gota Patti and etc. Creative, beautiful and traditional, Saroj Jalan is one of India's most admired couturiers.

Her 'weightless' bridal wear seen, worn by Radhika Apte in LFW is also going to be an attraction for many brides to be.
Designer Saroj Jalan feels, "Indian clothes have always been a priority for every Indian woman for weddings or any other special occasion. The clothes we see today are the reflection of various changes in the Indian history. I aim to do justice to the nature, history, culture and heritage of India, through my designs.”
Serving as a gateway into the world of Saroj Jalan, the store will celebrate an official grand opening on Monday, July 3rd. The grand store located in the heart of the city, is modern and grand in its interiors reflecting the amalgamation of both Victorian and Indian Royalty.

A strong sense of colour and occasion has made her create a niche for herself in bridal wear.
