Grand Welcome to Gold Medal Winner of Spochan (Soft Samurai) at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad

Sports Chanbara is the soft form of Samurai Sword fighting. This year more than 24 countries participated in the world championship held in Tokyo, Japan on November 5th & 6th. Team India was represented by Renshi Prof. Dr.Siddiq Mahmoodi Shihan (Coach & Referee), Mr. Vishwamber (Team Manager), Ahmed Mohammed Shamsuddin (Captain), Ahmed Mukramuddin & Ritesh Jyotiba. The team members & coach are residents of Hyderabad.
Results: Shamsuddin Ahmed (captain) won first place in Kodachi & bagged the Gold Medal.
