Brazilian Restaurant Chama Gaucha Logo Launch

Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City is set to launch Chama Gaucha, the 1st Brazilian Restaurant of Hyderabad in its premises. A poolside restaurant that offers an excellent view of Hitec City will offer traditional Brazilian Cuisine handpicked by expert chefs of Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City.

In order to reveal the details, Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City has organized a media interaction today. Media interaction was attended by Mr. Krishna Kumar, General Manager, Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City along with Mr. Romit Watson, Executive Chef, Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City; Pravinda Meshram, F&B Manager, Radisson Hdyerabad Hitec City along with Cine Actress Nitya Naresh.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Krishna Kumar, General Manager, Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City presented the theme of the restaurant. He explained that Chamas, translated from Portugese meaning flames, and Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) come together to give the restaurant its rough, fiery, warm and woody theme that is Chama Gaucha. The restaurant, with its welcoming decor, amazing show kitchen with the Churrascaria grill, warm lighting and pool view makes it THE destination for diners, he said.
Further revealing the cuisine executive chef Romit Watson said that Chama Gaucha is going to be the First ever Brazilian Churrascaria Hyderabad has seen. Our special meat roasting method is based on the centuries-old Gaucho tradition, known as churrasco, he added. Stressing upon the traditional Brazilian method of preparing food, he said that Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of imported meats to each diner individually right at their table, he said.

Further adding to it Pravinda Meshram, F&B Manager while inviting food and fun loving Hyderabadies said “the Churrascaria invites you to an extraordinary experience in a vibrant ambiance with a live band sweeping you away with hot Samba rhythms in the IT heart of Hyderabad”. Additionally, we serve some lip-smacking Lebanese dishes too, she said.
