Curtain Raiser of Monsoon Nirvana at Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad

With the weather hinting at monsoons soon, hot Hyderabad is longing for a new life. We here at Cisne For Arts are excited to bring a zesty, new season of our musical extravaganza, Monsoon Nirvana to shower the freshness of music and joy.

An evening put together to bring talented, young musicians to Hyderabad and this has been our constant endeavour. We thrive on bringing the most exciting artistes and platforms to our city of tehzeeb and culture.

Monsoon Nirvana witnessed some of the finest gems of the country showcase their music to the connoisseurs of Hyderabad. They say catch them young and that's what Monsoon Nirvana Season 5 is focusing on. Five different artistes, five different genres, five different moods.
An event that has already established an enviable legacy in these four years is an inspired evening where a motley crew of musicians, artistes, music aficionados and entertainment make magic come alive on stage.

The event is to be lead by Deepak Pandit, who is counted among the best violinists in the country about his association with the “Ghazal King - Late Padma bhushanJagjit Singh ji". Deepak is extremely versatile and a multi talented musician and finds himself juggling various roles. His army for Monsoon Nirvana is immensely talented youngsters - Janakilyer, Abhas&Shreyas Joshi, AntaraNandy&Sneha Shankar.

Deepak Pandit is truly a rare instrumentalist with a unique repertoire ranging from traditional classical compositions on the violin. Be it at his highly acclaimed Indian classical music recitals or his rave reviewed world music concerts, this maverick musician leaves every music lover orthodox or progressive spellbound with his flashes of unparalleled brilliance of his uncanny ability to strike an instant rapport with the audiences transcending all age barriers.

Abhas and Shreyas are the voice of the new generation who tackle old melodies and present day music with equal ease. Abhas is the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma children special 2004. He has won immense appreciation for his performance in“AMUL STAR VOICE OF INDIA” Season 1. He has also anchored “AMUL STAR VOICE OF INDIA”, “CHHOTE USTAAD” Season 1&2 on Star Plus, “AMUL MUSIC KA MAHA MUQABLA” on STAR PLUS and BHARAT KJ SHAAN on DD NATIONAL.The duo have composed and sung in two albums “MAH AN AY AKA” & “THAGNI”. Both have performed in more than 200 concerts across the globe. Abhas has also lent his voice to few films. The duo also compose music for jingles and documentaries. They are indeed the new shining stars on the music horizon.

Janakilyer:
Credited with her first performance at the age of five, Janakilyer went through the rigours of training in music under the able guidance of PadmashriKalyanjibhai and took lessons in classical music from her mother Smt.ShyamalaGopalakrishnan and from her gurus Smt and ShriJaeel.Her debut song in Hindi was for the movie 'PyaarlshqaurMohabbat and continues to lend her voice to many jingles, T.V.serials and films.AzhaghaiPookuthe, her debut song in Tamil from the film Ninaithaalelnikkum,under the baton of renowned music director Mr.Vijay Antony has brought her accolades and adjudged her the Best Female Playback Singer for the year 2009 by AnandaVikatan.She has also won the Radio Mirchi award for the song AzhaghaiPookuthe in three different categories namely Best Female vocalist, Best upcoming female vocalist and best song of the year for the year 2009 and has also won the Variety Film award for best female singer of the year 2009 for the song AzhaghaiPookuthe. Her capability of singing encompasses seven different languages namely Hindi,English,Tamil,Malayalam,Kannada,Telugu and Marathi and also styles like filmi,folk,pop,hindustani and camatic. The intensity of emotion and sweetness of her voice truly makes Janakilyer a name to reckon with.

AntaraNandy is an Indian playback singer from Assam. She became known after reaching the final rounds and becoming one of the top three girl finalists in the music talent and reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs - 2009 which was aired on Zee TV.As a junior scholar she started her vocal training in Indian Classical Music under PadmashreeUstad Rashid Khan at the age of 5 years. Later she joined ITC Sangeet Research Academy where she started taking vocal lessons from UstaadWaseem Ahmed

Khan. In 2013 Antara joined KM Music Conservatory founded by A R Rahman and started her western classical music training. She is the winner of Ullas and other inter school music competitions at various levels. An Out-of the-Box performer with a proven track record of many credentials within such a short span of time in the music industry, she is sure to set the stage on fire.

Sneha Shankar:
Sneha is the youngest daughter of renowned singer MR.Ram Shankarand the youngest granddaughter of the first sufihindu duo qawaal late Shri ShankarShambhu. At a very young age before she could even learn how to speak, sneha picked up her first lesson of music and how now grown to become the winner of Asia’s Singing Superstar, which was a televised Pakistani-Indian singing competition. She has also sung various songs for well-known banners like Yashraj Films and Vinesh Films and is also singing for a few upcoming projects with legends like "AshaBhosle" and "AlkaYagnik”. She is also renowned for her acting skills, comedy mimicry, dancing and anchoring. With her tremendeous power to charm anyone with her muti talented personality she is sure to memorize the crowd.
