Hollywood action hero Jackie Chan’s latest action entertainer ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ is releasing in Telugu on February 3. On the eve of film’s release, the film unit has arranged press meet on Friday i.e. on January 27 in Hyderabad. Smt. Koneru Kalpana, who brought many successful films on Kalpana Chitra banner, is bringing Jackie Chan’s ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ to Telugu audience. The film also stars Sonu Sood, Dhisha Patani and Amyra Dastur in major roles.
Speaking at the press meet, JK Bharavi said, “I love Jackie Chan’s fights. He is my favourite actor. For the first time in his career, he danced in ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. We have four Vedas. There is all about war in Adharvana Vedam. I have penned an amazing story based on this Vedam. I decided to meet Jackie Chan at any cost. After watching the trailer of ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, I felt that half of my dream came true. I know the film’s producer Koneru Kalpana garu’s father a lot. He had brought many successful films on Kalana Chitra banner. I wish ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ will become super success.”
On this occasion, Malkapuram Shivakumar said, “I am happy that our Indian actors are part of the cast of ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. I wish all the best for the success of the film.”
Wishing all the best to the team, prominent producer C Kalyan said, “Kalpana Chitra is like my home banner. James Bond, kids’ favourite Walt Disney and Jackie Chan’s are being encouraged a lot in Hollywood. I am very happy that Disha Patani, who played the female in my film ‘Loafer’, is part of the cast in ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. In the same way, our Indian actors like Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur are also part of the film. I wish the film which is releasing on February 3, will become big success.”
Actress Amyra Dastur said, “I did lot of hard work for ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. Working with great artists is a wonderful experience.”
Actor Sonu Sood shared, “Hyderabad is always special to me. It’s like my hometown. I was a normal engineer. Tollywood has given me a platform as an actor. Working with Jackie Chan is a wonderful experience to me. I have learned a lot of new things from the legendry actor. He is very down-to-earth person.
