The audio release function of Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ was held grandly on Monday evening (September 15th) at Silpa kala vedika in Hyderabad. Shyam Prasad Reddy, Industrialist Jayanth, Allu Aravind, Dr. Ranjith Reddy, Dill Raju, KS Ramarao, Naga Babu, Seeded distributer Lakshmikanth Reddy, DVV Danayya, Dr. Venkateswara Rao, Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej graced the event and released the songs. Smt. Surekha and Smt. Upasana unveiled the theatrical trailer. Big CD was released by Mega Star Chiranjeevi. Mega Star Chiranjeevi has released the audio CD and handed it over to K Raghavendra Rao. Kajal Agarwal is playing the female lead role in the film which is being made under the banner Parameswari Art Productions with Bandla Ganesh as producer and Krishna Vamsi as director. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music.
Offering his best wishes to the team, Mega Star Chiranjeevi said, “Power Star Pawan Kalyan will attend 150days function of the film. Krishna Vamsi is a very talented director. I have a lot of respect towards him. He will depict the family relationships and human values in all his films and with those he tries to pass on a message to the present youth. In every film of him we will find the message. I felt that I can’t withstand his tests and therefore stayed away from working with him. After watching the teaser, the maturity he had and what he said and the truth in that made me emotional. ‘Vijetha’ film had made me reach the family audience and in the same way ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ will be for Ram Charan. It’s an out and out family emotional drama which Ram Charan has not touched till now. I’m confident that his attempt will be fruitful and will become a super hit. Even after achieving a lot in production department, Bandla Ganesh is still the same person rooted to the ground. I wish him many more hits in his future. When the shooting is in progress, we felt that the casting was out of sync for few characters and therefore we roped in new cast for those characters and did a reshoot which cost lot. But, Bandla Ganesh never backed down and never compromised. I have done many musical hit films which were composed by Ilaya Raja. Now, his son Yuvan Shakar Raja has composed the music for Charan’s film, I’m happy for that. All songs were impressive. I’m extremely confident that the audio will be a big hit. Kaja and Kamalini have performed well. Prakash Raj and Jaya Sudha are biggest assets of the film. Srikanth is like my own brother. Ram Charan mingled well with Srikanth. Charan is working hard in every film. I can see myself in him. My 150th film will start probably by this year end. It will start when we get a good story. I’m thankful to the artists and technicians who are part of the film.”
Mega Power Star Ram Charan commented, “Songs came out well. I love ‘Neeli Rangu...’ song. The film starts with a wonderful dialogue which is equivalent to hundred steps. You have to watch the film to know what it is. I’m thankful to Krishna Vamsi for making this wonderful family entertainer. I will only produce the 150th film of my father and that too in the name of my mother. After ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ I will work with Ganesh.”
Bandla Ganesh explained, “I’m thankful to Paruchuri Brothers for their unforgettable help and support. I convey my thanks to Sameer Reddy and Art director Ashok. I want to work with Krishna Vamsi again and again. I waited for three years to work with Charan. Mega Star and Power Star is one history. ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ will be like the relationship of Mega family. My dream is to make a film with Mega Star. It may be 200th film or 250th film. What all I want is to watch Mega Star and Charan dance together.”
Yuvan Shankar Raja said, “My father Ilaya Raja worked with Mega Star Chiranjeevi and now I’m working his son Ram Charan, I’m happy for that. I wish and hope that the song in the film will impress everyone.”
Speaking at the function, K Raghavendra Rao said, “With ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ Ram Charan has to become ‘Jagadeka Veerudu’ in the Telugu film industry.”
Addressing the gathering, hero Srikanth explained, “I did ‘Shakar Dada MBBS’ with brother Chiranjeevi. I’m happy that I’m working with his son Ram Charan. On seeing his dedication and acting skills I feel as if I’m working with Chiranjeevi. I’m thankful to Krishna Vamsi for encouraging me by giving me a wonderful role in ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’. I’m eagerly waiting for Cirajeevi’s 150th film. Everyone will like this family entertainer for sure.”
Speaking on the occasion, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said, “Mega Star Chiranjeevi grown up working in great films like ‘Khaidi’, ‘Punadi rallu’, ‘Tagore’ and ‘Indra’. Now his son Ram Charan has proved his talent with ‘Magadheera’. Now, he is coming with ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ which is being made by Krishnavamsi who has given us many wonderful family oriented films. I’m confident that Ram Charan will earn affection from the audience through ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’. We have penned powerful dialogues for this wonderful family entertainer.”
On the eve of audio release, Kajal Agarwal said, “I’m so happy to be here and working with a wonderful team. This is my second film with Bandla Ganesh and Krishna Vamsi and fourth film with Ram Charan. I’m thankful to the entire team who helped and supported me.”
