Chandee Platinum Disc Function

Priyamani starring ‘Chandi’ is V Samudra’s latest directorial venture which is being produced by Dr Sreenu Babu G on Omix Creations banner. G Jagannadh Naidu is the presenter. Rebel star Krishnam Raju is playing a powerful role of Ashok Gajapathi Raju while Sarath Kumar will be seen in another prominent role. S R Shankar is composing music. Songs were recently released. On this occasion the film unit has celebrated the platinum disc function at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Krishnam Raju and Regina received the platinum disc shields from the film unit.

Krishnam Raju said, “Chandi is the music director’s first film. Songs have become super hit. I’m very happy for receiving good response for Alluri Seetarama Raju song. Priyamani gave wonderful performance. Producers like Sreenu Babu are essential to the film industry. Samudra has crafted the film extremely well. This movie will become a good movie under his direction.”

Director V Samudra said, “Every song in the film is receiving good response, especially the song Seetarama Raju. Songs are very grand visually. It’s a complete action movie. Priyamani gave an aggressive performance in the role of Priyamani. Her dialogue delivery is excellent. I’m very happy for working under good banner with quality producer like Sreenu Babu. We are planning to release the film in this month only.”

Priyamani said, “I did a role that has good scope for performance. I’m very happy for being part of this film and acting as a daughter to Krishnam Raju garu and working with a star like Sarath Kumar garu. I’m confident that the film will reach the audience well. Trailers and audio is getting good response. Director carved the film wonderfully.”
