Nirbhaya Bharatam Press Meet

R Narayana Murthy’s ‘Nirbhaya Bharatam’ is his 25th film on Sneha Chitra Pictures banner. The film based on 2012 Delhi Nirbhaya case was screened on Tuesday for Tollywood celebrities in Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. Puri Jagannadh, M M Keeravani, B A Raju, B Jaya and several others watched the show.

Soon after that a press meet was organized to share their opinions on the film.

Puri Jagannadh said, “Narayana Murthy is the only filmmaker who is making films for the society which none of us are able to do. I do not know how many will receive films of this kind but we must appreciate for one such attempts. Day by day there is increase in atrocities on women, but are not known to the media. I liked the way Narayana Murthy tackled the subject in this film. I thank him for making this kind of films.”

M M Keeravani said, “Narayana Murthy garu makes films only for the society. This movie has made me react as a human being. I’ve not seen in any film in the recent times the kartha, karma and kriya which I saw in this movie. It’s difficult to control our anger when the government feeds the culprit with biriyanis. This film is like a hunger’s meal to those who are burning with anger and I’m one among them. We are only not able to express it out due to our limitations. At that juncture I watched an English movie titled ‘I Spit on your Grave’. There is an answer for such culprits in this film. I watched it for my self-satisfaction because in real government never supports and do justice. After that Narayana Murthy’s ‘Nirbhaya Bharatam’ has given me the same kind of satisfaction. He is the man who never thinks of his benefit and does films with gut feeling for the good cause of the society. I thank him for giving a good solution through this film. One should watch the film to know what it is. ‘Nirbhaya Bharatam’ is not a film that will make one think deep but it will definitely make one feel happy. I wish one such justice will be given by the Indian law.”

B A Raju said, “Narayana Murthy has carved this film boldly with the point he wanted to tell the society. The entire country reacted when the Nirbhaya incident took place. So this film will definitely become superhit even if few of them watch this film. Those who long for good movies must watch this film.”

B Jaya said, “It’s known to all how everyone reacted to the Dehli Nirbhaya incident. Narayana Murthy garu has portrayed excellently the final solution for such crimes. Many politicians have reacted aggressively to punish the culprits. These kind of incidents will not occur if there is change in our system. Narayamurthy garu has shown the present situations in the society excellently. It’s a must watch film for all.”

R Narayana Murthy said, “I made this film based on the Nirbhaya incident. This movie says that the culprits should be punished.”
