Okka Ammayi Thappa Audio Release

Audio of Sundeep Kishan and Nithya Menon starrer ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ composed by Mickey J Mayer was released in a grand manner on Sunday i.e. on May 8 at Shilpakala Vedhika in Hyderabad. Srimani, Sri Shashi Jyothsna and Dr Meegada Ramalinga Sharma have penned lyrics.

Sundeep kishan, Nithya Menon, VV Vinayak, Boyapati Srinu, Gunasekhar, Sai Dharam Tej, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, MS Raju, Gemini Kiran, Chota K Naidu, Goutham raju, Nallamalupu Bujji, Raashi Khanna, Regina, Mickey J Mayer, Ravi Kishan, Merlapaka Gandhi, Tanikella Bharani, Lagadapati Sridhar and the entire film unit members have attended the function.

VV Vinayak launched the big CD. Sai Dharam tej revealed the audio CDs by presenting the first CD to Boyapati Srinu.

Addressing the gathering, Chota K Naidu said, “Heroine plays the key role in the film. I am very happy that Nithya Menon was roped in to play that role. Without Nithya there is no ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’. She is a very sweet person. Mickey has given wonderful music. I wish he will become top music director.”

Speaking at the audio launch function, Sundeep Kishan said, “The film is our three years effort. I have given my best performance. ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ is not a good film attempt or hit film attempt, but it’s a great attempt. Rajasimha is a commercial director. I am thankful to him or trusting me and given me this opportunity. Chota mama has worked for this film without taking remuneration. Where women are worshiped, there the gods dwell-is the concept of the story. After ‘Routine Love Story’, I am once again teamed up with Mickey J Mayer.I am thankful to Anjireddy garu who kept faith on us and made this film.”

Heroine Nithya Menon said, “It’s a hit film, because it’s the directors’ film. Director has penned a gripping script in an entertaining and content based way. I am sure audience will not feel bored at any point while watching the film. I am extremely confident that every film made by Rajasimha will become big hit. Sundeep is an amazing co-star. Mickey has given wonderful songs. Songs are very heart touching. I request everyone to make the film a big success.”

Addressing the gathering, director Rajasimha said, “I have worked as an associate writer at Jayanth garu and Paruchuri Brothers. I have worked for over 15 films as an independent writer. ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ was readied in 2007. The film was started three times and didn’t go ahead due to some unexpected reasons. After Chota k Naidu has takeover the project, the film went on to the track. Bhogadi Anjireddy garu has kept faith on me and came forward to produce this film. The film has one hour CG works, but no one will find that. As per the story requirement, the film should be shot on the Hitech city flyover. Practically it is not possible and therefore we have designed a set at Annapurna Studios and the rest of the part was created with CG work. I am thankful to Nithya garu and Sundeep garu for their support. I am thankful to the producer Anjireddy garu. I am sure ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ will entertain, engage and leave audience in splits.”

Mickey J Mayer shared, “This is the third film which is releasing this month with my music. I am very happy to be working with Rajasimha garu. He is very talented person. Chota K Naidu garu has given good inspiration to me. Working with him is a wonderful experience. I consider myself lucky to be part of this film in which Nithya Menon is heroine. I wish the film will earn good name to the producer.”

Boyapati Srinu said, “Rajasimha is a good writer and hard worker. I proudly say that he helped me a lot in the script work for ‘Sarainodu’. We have so many wonderful music directors. Mickey j Mayer gives wonderful melodious music. Sundeep Kishan and Nithya Menon’s performances are wonderful. I wish ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ will earn good name to the director and producers.”

Sai Dharam Tej said, “Sundeep Kishan and I are good friends. Rajasimha has penned dialogues for my first film ‘Rey’. I worked with Mickey J Mayer for the film ‘Subramanyam for Sale’. I consider myself lucky for getting opportunity to work with Ravi Kishan garu. I wish all the best to Nithya Menon and the entire unit members. I wish ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ will earn good name to producers.”

On this occasion, Ravi Kishan said, “I played a wonderful role in ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’. It’s a different script. Sundeep Kishan is an energetic hero. Only Rajasimha can do this film. Anjireddy garu is a good producer. I wish the film will become big success.”

Merlapaka Gandhi, VV Vinayak, Gunasekhar and Regina and some others who attended the function, also spoke and wished for the success of the film.

Young Hero Sundeep Kishan, who was introduced to the film industry through a different film ‘Prasthanam’, has scored success with distinct films like ‘Routine Love Story’, ‘Venkatadri Express’, ‘Beeruva’ and ‘Tiger’. He is playing the lead role in a commercial entertainer titled ‘Okka Ammayi Thappa’ which was set in a different backdrop. ‘All Indians Are My Brothers And Sisters’ is the Tagline. Versatile actress Nithya Menon, who prefers movies with best stories, is playing the female lead. Bogadi Anjireddy, who earned fame as producer with good taste and as exhibiter, is producing this film under Anjireddy Productions banner with Rajasimha Tadinada as director.

Rajasimha Tadinada is being introduced as director through this film. He worked as writer for many hit films. It’s a commercial entertainer that goes on in different backdrop. Sundeep will appear in a new and stylish look.”
