Lajja Audio Launch

Audio release function of ‘Lajja’ that features Madhumitha, Shiva and Varun in key roles, was held on Monday i.e. on February 1 at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Tummala Prasanna Kumar has revealed the logo. Bucheplli Tirupati Reddy is producing the film on Sri Lakshmi Narasimha banner with Narasimha Nandi as director.

Nalgonda MLC Komati Reddy Rajagopal, director Narasimha Nandi, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, Sagar, Veera Shankar, PNK Reddy, Buchepalli Yogeswar and Sukku and some others have graced the function.

Komati Reddy Rajagopal released the Big CD, while Tammareddy Bharadwaja released the audio CDs by presenting the first CD to Sagar.

Director Narasimha Nandi said, “Our film ‘Lajja’ is a romantic entertainer. Every married woman needs and deserves her husband’s continued adoration, thoughtfulness and love. If they didn’t get what they expect from their husbands, we can hear the frustration and even desperation in the tone of those women. The story of the film is about what happens if a dissatisfied women finds her loved one. Madhumitha has given wonderful performance. We have made the film with the main intention to deliver good film. I wouldn’t have done this film if Madhumitha was not there. The film is laced with all emotions. Our film is a different attempt.”

Komati Reddy Rajagopal said, “Though I’m in politics, I have good relationship with film industry. I too have dream to make a film and that too in 9 languages. Now, coming to the film ‘Lajja’, after watching the songs and trailers, it is clear that it’s a different attempt. I wish the film will become big success.”

Producer Buchepalli Tirupati Reddy said, “When I listened to the script I immediately accepted to produce this film. Director Narasimha Nandi has crafted the film wonderfully. I’m very confident that the film will become big hit. I wish he will bring many more good films in future.”

Tammareddy Bharadwaja said, “Director Narasimha Nandi made his debut as director through ‘1940 Lo O Gramam’. ‘Lajja’ is his second attempt. Trailers and songs are very impressive. Sukku has provided excellent music. All artists have given wonderful performances. I wish all the best to the team.”

On this occasion, Sagar said, “Director Narasimha Nandi is the state award and national award winner. I wish he will earn wards and rewards through ‘Lajja’ also.”

Music director Sukku said,”Trailer has got good response. Songs came out wonderfully. ‘Lajja’ is a different commercial film.”

Speaking at the audio launch event, Madhumitha said, “My role in the film has ample scope to perform. I played Suseela a matured and bold character. I’m thankful to the director and producers for giving me this wonderful opportunity. I’m very happy that I got the opportunity to do a powerful role for my first film itself.”

“I’m very happy to be working with a national award winning director. Sukku garu has given good music. I’m thankful to the director and producers for giving me this wonderful opportunity,” said Varun.

Siva said, “I played Saleem in ‘Lajja’. I consider myself lucky to get the opportunity to play the lead in this wonderful film. It’s a different film.”

Sukku, Shiva, Mahanthi, PLK Reddy and Rafi and some others were present at the event.
