Sevakudu Press Meet

Srikanth and Charmi starrer ‘Sevakudu’ directed by V Samudra and produced by Mattineni Satyanarayana has completed its censor formalities and set for release on January 4th. Master Mattineni Ravindra Babu will present the film under Sri Venkataramana Art Production banner. A press meet was held today to announce the release date in which Srikanth, Samudra, Prasanna Kumar, Lagadapati Sreenu, Natti Kumar and producer Mattineni Satyanarayana participated.

Srikanth said, “Sevakudu is a pucca mass and commercial film. There are powerful dialogues for my character in this film. The movie is sure to get a commercial success.”

Natti Kumar said, “After watching the output of this film, it reminded me of Srikanth’s ‘mahatma’. Hence I decided to distribute this film. With the intention of saving a small film, I organised a sector meet with 25 Film Chamber members on Friday and discussed with exhibitors to arrange theaters. We are planning to release the film in about 200 to 300 theaters and blocked 140 theaters so far. We are confident that the movie will be a good commercial success.”

Director Samudra said, “This is my 13th film as a director. I designed this film with a good mass subject. ‘Sevakudu’ will reflect the present politics and society. This is a must watch film for those who think they are Indians. Krishna garu and his daughter Manjula shared their screen space in this film for the first time. Srikanth played a powerful role. This movie will make every person thik about their country. We are releasing the film on January 4th. I hope the audience will watch the film.”
