Vennela 1 ½ Platinum Disc Function

The triple platinum disc function Vennela Kishore’s directorial venture ‘Vennela 1 ½’ was held at Film Chamber in Hyderabad this evening. Featuring Chaitanya Krishna and Monal Gajjar as lead pair, ‘Vennela 1 ½’ is produced by Vasu and Varma under G R Production Pvt Ltd. Music composed by Sunil Kashyap was released some time ago. Marking its success the triple platinum disc function was held today. Aditya Music’s Niramjan presented the triple platinum shields to the film unit.

Later addressing the gathering actor cum director Vennela Kishore said, “Sunil Kashyap provided tremendous music for our film. The lyrics for all 8 songs are aptly suitable. With his great efforts he has made the audio such a grand success. So the entire credit goes to him. Right now the re-recording work is going on and there is little bit of dubbing as well. We will complete the post-production work and release the film in 1st week of August. All senior comedy artists are part of our film. I’m happy with the output. I thank my producers for their support. I hope the audience will like our film.”

Hero Chaitanya Krishna said, “Director Kishore designed the film excellenty. Sunil music has attracted the film lovers. I’m sure that this movie will also be a big hit like ‘Vennela’.”

Monal Gajjar thanked her director and producer and hoped that the film also would become a big hit like its audio and earn the entire team a good name.

According to producer Varma, the output of ‘Vennela 1 ½’is excellent and comedy is superb.
