Daruvu Audio Release Function

Ravi Teja and Taapsee starrer ‘Daruvu’ is being directed by Shiva and produced by Burugupalli Sivaramakrishna under Sri Venkateswara Art Films and Sri Venkateswara Entertainments Pvt Ltd. Music is composed by Vijay Antony and it was launched on Wednesday at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. Dr Brahmanandam released the audio CDs and presented the first copy of it to Jayasudha. Later Jayasudha released the trailers.

Addressing the gathering Jayasudha said, “So far I’ve acted in about 300 films. I’m very happy for getting the opportunity to act under Sivaramakrishna garu’s banner. I’m doing a special role in this film in which I will be seen only in 4 scenes. Even though my character in this film is on political backdrop, it is essential to the people. Ravi Teja is one of those actors whose performance is very natural. I’m a big fan of him right from ‘Amma Naana O Tamil Ammayi’. I offer my best wishes to Vijay Antony. All songs are fantastic in this film. I wish the film a grand success.”

Brahmanandam said, “Daruvu will be a different film for Ravi Teja with a unqiue story. He will be seen in 4-5 get-ups. He is so entertaining that if he talks for 5 minutes the audience will enjoy it for 10 minutes. My character’s name is Vidya Balan. The director designed it in a very funny manner. Vennela Kishore’s character is another entertainer in this film. The Ravi Teja-Taapsee combination is superb. Vijay Antony provided excellent music. We are confident that this movie will become a big hit.”

Taapsee said, “I’m very happy to get the opportunity to work with Ravi Teja for the second time. Brahmanandam and Vennela Kishore’s comedy is excellent. I hope this film will turn out to be a big hit.”

Vijay Antony expressed his happiness for getting the opportunity to compose music for Ravi Teja’s film. According to him the re-recording work is presently going on. All songs have come out extremely well. He says that it’s the audience’s responsility to make the film a big hit.

Director Shiva claims that he directed this film with Ravi Teja in order to make the audience feel like they are having full meals. According to him ‘Daruvu’ will join Ravi Teja’s hit films list.

Ravi Teja, who is presently shooting for the film in Bangkok spoke through a video conference. He said, “I feel sad for missing the audio function today. But I would like to send my best wishes to my entire team from here. ‘Daruvu’ is my first film under Siva Ramakrishna garu’s banner. He is a very nice producer. Director Siva has good knowledge on technical values.” While interacting with the media Ravi Teja commented ‘Daruvu’ would be just the way Taapsee is.
