Tea Samosa Biscuit Muhurat

Dr Srihari’s new film ‘Tea Samosa Biscuit’ was launched today at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad. The film will be directed and produced by Peoples Theater banner. For the muhurat shot CPM Narayana switched on the camera while Srihari tapped the clap board and Dr D Ramanaidu directed the first shot.

Later a press meet was organised to brief about the film’s details.

Dr Srihari said, “Initially the titled sounded funny to me. But when the director narrated the entire story the titled appeared aptly suitable and of course I liked it. ‘Tea Samosa Biscuit’ is as famous in Hyderabad as Birla Mandir, Charminar, Golkonda, etc. There is less priority given to heroines in my films whereas in this film the heroine’s role has more prominence than mine. Experienced technicians are working for this film.”

Babji said, “So far I was directing films and now turned producer. Many were wondering what made Srihari to choose this film after learning about the title. However we felt that it’s only Srihari garu who can make justice to this film. The story revolves around a hotel. The regular shooting will start from today. Very soon we are planning to construct an Iranian Hotel set.”
