Mangala Success Meet

The success meet of Charmi’s latest film ‘Mangala’ was held at Prasad Labs today. The film was directed by Osho Tulasiram and produced by Osho Tulasiram and CHV Sharma under Mantra Entertainments banner. Gangapatnam Sridhar is the presenter.

Charmi, Osho Tulasiram, Surya, Gangapatnam Sridhar, Sai Karthik, Sarika Ramachandra Rao, Nageswara Reddy and Narendra Reddy participated.

Sai Karthik who did re-recording work for this film thanked the director and producer for giving him the opportunity to be part of this film.

Similarly Sarika Ramachandra Rao, Subhash and Surya also thanked the director and producer for offering them with best roles.

Director Osho Tulasiram said, “The movie is getting very good response right from the time it was released. The main reason for making this movie is the sages whom I met in Srisailam. I penned the story the time I saw them and that is how this film had happened. I could the same feel in the audience that I believed. I thank Charmi for doing everything that I wanted with hesitating.”

Charmi while speaking, “Till the release of the film there was a lot of tension going on in our minds. But now we are all very happy. I’ve never expected any results from my earlier films but for this film my expectations were high. I used to perform every scene by creating a mood. One can believe Tulasiram as a friend, as a director and as a producer. This is my 50th film and I work hard for it without my knowledge. This movie would be a special one in my career. My parents too were thrilled to watch this film and commented that I’m lucky to get this opportunity. Similarly a few heroines also have opined that I’m lucky to do this film. Everyone appreciated the film after watching the premiere show but I couldn’t sleep that night since I was unsure of audience’s reactions. Later when I saw the film amidst the audience the next day I was very relaxed. I got many phone calls from the industry people after the release of this film. My previous film ‘Mantra’ also did not get as much response as ‘Mangala’. There were claps after every scene. The entire team worked very hard and we got very good support from Tulasiram’s friends.”
