‘Graduate’ starring Akshay and Tashu Kaushik is getting ready for release on January 7th, 2011. The film is directed by Prasad Rayala and produced by Attaluri Shivaji under Script Technology Pvt Ltd. A press meet was organized today at Film Chamber to brief the details of the film and it was attended by Akshay, Tashu Kaushik, Athaluri Shivaji and Prasad Rayala.
Hero Akshay said, “This is my first film and I’m very happy to get this opportunity. Poornima played mother to me. This movie is getting very good response from the college students. It has all youth elements and our hard work will be seen in every frame.”
Tashu Kaushik said, “This is my 2nd film and there is a good message for the youth. There is also good music and the movie can be watched by people from all walks of life. I thank my director and producer for trusting me.”
Director Prasad Rayala while speaking, “We worked hard for one full year and we are very happy to get appreciation from the censor board which also gave clean ‘U’ certificate. I directed this film with my heart. I used to hate American life style when I lived there for 10 long years. During that period I used to feel proud to be an Indian because of our rich culture. But now India is also adopting the western culture. Hence in order to save our customs and traditions, I took this film by portraying the good and bad things that are occurring in today’s society. The film also has a good comedy.”
Producer Shivaji informed that the film has acquired clean ‘U’ certificate and that it is releasing on January 7th.
