Paramaveera Chakra Anouncement

In a press meet organized today at Hyderabad, Darsakaratna Dasari Narayana Rao has announced his 150th film titled ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna as hero. C Kalyan is going to produce it under Teja Cinema banner.

Speaking to the media Dasari said, “Finally I’m doing a film with Balakrishna. I’m very happy about that. I prepared this script long ago and Rajinikanth was also impressed by the narration. But I wanted to do the film in Telugu only. It was NTR who encouraged me in those days (1960s) when I used to work as a co-director. I wanted to launch Balakrishna’s debut film as hero but NTR insisted that he should not enter into films till he completes his graduation. It’s Balakrishna alone who can do the roles done by NTR in the past. We are going to launch the film on June 10th, i.e., on Balakrishna’s birthday and we are planning to complete the film by the year end and release it for 2011 Sankranthi.”

Nandamuri Balakrishna while speaking, “I’m immensely happy to work with a senior director like Dasari Narayana Rao. Everyone is eagerly waiting for a film in this combination. For the past couple of years I was trying to do this film and I’m happy that it is finally going on sets.”

“I’m very excited to produce a film in this combination. This is the most valuable gift from my guru Dasari and it is an unforgettable day in my life”, said producer C Kalyan.
