Rudhramadevi Audio Release, Warangal

Three songs of India’s first historical stereoscopic 3D film ‘Rudramadevi’ have been launched on Sunday, March 22, at Warangal. For this prestigious project, the music is composed by music maestro Ilayaraja. Konda Surekha, Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry, Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari and Rebel Star Krishnam Raju along with Stylish Star Allu Arun, Anushka, Gunasekhar, Rana, Paruchuri Brothers and Hamsa Nandini and all the film unit members attended the audio release function. Allu Arjun and Anushka launched the audio CDs by presenting it to Konda Surekha, Konda Murali, Neelima Guna and Yukthamukhi Guna.

Speaking at the audio launch function, Konda Surekha said, “First of all I congratulate Gunasekhar for making ’Rudhramadevi’, the story of one of most prominent woman rulers of Kakatiya dynasty. The fil is releasing in 2D and 3D technology. It has been a long time I’ve seen cinema. But, now I want to watch this film.”

Wishing all the best to the team, Talasani Srinivas Yadav said, “Our Telangana Government will give full support to the film industry.”

Sirivennela Sitarama Sastri said, “I congratulate Gunasekhar for making ’Rudramadevi’, the story of one of most prominent woman rulers of Kakatiya dynasty.”

Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari wished all the best to Gunasekhar, Dill Raju, Krishnam Raju and Anushka and to the entire team.

Rebel Star Krishnam Raju said, “Anushka performed well in the film. 30 years ago, I wanted to make a film with Gona Ganna Reddy role. Now, Gunasekhar presented the role in ‘Rudramadevi’. I wish all the best to the team.”

Speaking on the occasion, Stylish Star Allu Arjun said, “Anushka is the hero of ‘Rudramadevi’. Many top artists like Krishnam Raju and Rana and top technicians worked for the film. I consider myself lucky to be part of this prestigious film. I’m thankful to Trivikram garu for encouraging to act in this film. The main reason for me act in this film is I love Telugu films. I’ll try my best to take Telugu cinema to the next level. Gunasekhar has good passion on films. I’m thankful to all my fans for encouraging me.”

Addressing the gathering, Gunasekhar said, “I was inspired by the story of ‘Rudramadevi’ from 8th class non-detailed book, while he had his schooling. I wanted to work on this script since 9 years and finally did as dream project. I used stereo graphic technology which was used in “Avatar” for “Rudramadevi” too because I wanted to take the audience to 13th century. Anushka has kept her heart and soul for the good outcome of the film. After watching this, I feel that ‘Rudramadevi’ will be like Anushka. Allu Arjun is a cinema lover. So, he himself came forward to play Gona Ganna Reddy role. I will be indebted to him. I’m thankful to all artists and technicians for their support to make the film in 70 crores budget within the estimated time.”

South Indian top actress Anushka will be seen as a great Kakatiya ruler Rani Rudramadevi in this prestigious project ‘Rudramadevi’, while our Stylish star Allu Arjun will be seen in the role of Gona Ganna Reddy. Rana Daggubati is also playing vital role as Prince Chalukya Veerabhadra. Krishnam Raju, Suman, Prakash Raj, Nitya Menon, Katherine, Prabha, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Aditya Menon, Prasad Aditya, Ajay, Vijay Kumar, Venu Madhav, Uttej, Vennela Kishore, Krishna Bhagavan, Aahuthi Prasad, Chalapathi Rao, Shivaji Raja, Sammeta Gandhi, Aditi Changappa, Sana, Raksha and many more are playing important roles.
