As a part of the effort to help people resume normal life as early as possible, TVS Motor Company has partnered with 17 dealers to conduct “Free Service Campaign” between October 29 and November 04, 2020 for TVS Motor two-wheelers. The service will include a detailed and comprehensive vehicle check-up to look for any flood related damages and immediate repair. The Company is also associating with various insurance companies to ensure speedy clearance of insurance claims. For customers, who do not have insurance, the company will charge zero-labour cost for their flood-affected vehicles.
TVS Motor Company advises customers not to attempt to re-start the engine of a flood-affected vehicle to avoid engine damage. The company has planned adequate availability of genuine spare parts for all TVS Motor customers in Telangana to ensure a hassle-free and quick service experience.
